"We", "us" and "our" mean Pakshi Technologies, Chennai, India. "You" means the person reading this, and the business you represent.
What this site is for
This site describes what we do, how we work and roughly what it costs. It is general information, not advice for your specific business, and reading it does not create a client relationship between us. Before you act on anything here, talk to us about your actual situation.
We try to keep the site accurate and current, but we do not promise that every page is complete or free of mistakes.
Quotations and engagements
Sending the contact form is an enquiry, not an order. Nothing on this site is a binding offer.
Every piece of work we do for a client is governed by a separate written agreement, which sets out the scope, price, timeline, what each side must do, and what happens if something changes. Where these terms and a signed agreement say different things, the agreement wins.
Prices
The prices on our pricing page are rough ranges in Indian rupees. They help you decide whether a conversation is worth having. The actual price for your work is fixed in the written agreement. All prices exclude applicable taxes, which are added at the rates in force at the time of billing.
Who owns what
What we build for you belongs to you once it is paid for: the code, the logins, the documents, the data. Each agreement says how and when ownership passes. We may reuse general know-how and methods that are not specific to your business.
The content of this website, including text, layout, drawings and our name and logo, belongs to us. You are welcome to quote short extracts, such as a paragraph, if you say where it came from and link back to the page. Please do not copy whole pages, or use our name in a way that suggests we endorse something we have not.
No warranties for the site
We provide this website as it is. We take reasonable care, but we do not promise it will always be available or free of errors or harmful code. You use the site at your own risk.
Limit on our responsibility
To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss that comes from using this website or relying on what it says. That includes lost profit, lost business, lost data and any indirect loss. Nothing in these terms limits responsibility that cannot be limited under Indian law, such as for fraud.
Our responsibility for actual work done for a client is set out in the agreement for that work, not here.
Using the contact form
The contact form is for genuine enquiries about work. Do not use it to send spam, marketing, or anything unlawful, abusive, or that belongs to someone else, and do not try to overload the form or interfere with the site. We may ignore messages that break these rules and block the sender.
Links to other sites
Some pages link to other websites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for what is on them or how they handle your information. A link is not an endorsement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute about them will be dealt with by the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies.
Changes
We may change these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
