How we price

Three ways to work with us, side by side

We price fixed where we can and in stages where we cannot. A Sprint is one task at one price, agreed before we start and not changed afterwards. A Project is bigger, so we size it after a short readiness check and you pay in stages you can see working. An Ongoing plan is monthly, and you can end it with 30 days' notice.

The two-week readiness check is priced on its own: ₹50,000 to ₹1 lakh, one fixed figure agreed before it starts and paid in full at the start. It does not change. A Project is sized from the plan the check produces, so a Project always begins with one. Most Sprints do too, because the check is what picks the task and fixes the Sprint price. If you have already picked and measured the task, you can skip the check and start the Sprint straight away.

Every figure is in Indian rupees. Applicable taxes are added to each invoice as a separate line. There is nothing else on the bill: no licence fees, no per-user charges, no lock-in. The AI itself is rented by use and billed by use to an account in your name wherever the supplier allows it. Typical monthly ranges are further down this page.

What each one gives you

Pick a tab to see what is included, how long it takes and how it is paid. Most businesses start with a Sprint on the one task that costs them the most hours. They add a Project or an Ongoing plan only once that first piece has paid for itself.

Support plans, compared

Once something we built is part of your day, one of three monthly plans keeps it that way. Each comes with one person to call, a fixed response time and a note every month on what changed. The plans are described in full under ongoing support plans; here they are side by side.

Worksheet

How many hours could a Sprint give back?

Put in the task you have in mind: how many people do it, how long it takes them each week, and roughly what one of them costs you a month. Rough numbers are fine. We measure the real figure in the first two weeks.

₹25,000 a month, salary and everything around it.

Hours a month given back

90 hours

That is about 11 working days a month given back.

Worth about ₹1.3 lakh a year in staff time.

A Sprint costs ₹1.5 to ₹4 lakh, so it pays for itself in about 14 to 37 months.

An estimate, not a promise. We measure it properly before you rely on it.

Running costs

What the AI itself costs to run

Our fee pays for the work. The AI behind it is rented by use, a bit like a phone bill. It is billed by use to an account in your name wherever the supplier allows it, so you can see every rupee. These are typical monthly ranges for three common uses. The AI itself explains where the cost comes from and why we use more than one.

You pay for one working thing at a time, and you own it.

Questions

What people ask before they pay us

A Project is paid in three or four stages. Each stage is tied to something you can see working: the first task live, the connection to your systems, the handover. We agree the stages and their amounts in writing before we start, after the readiness check. You never pay for a stage before the previous one is running.

Yes, a modest one. A Sprint is paid half at the start and half when it is running. A Project starts with its first stage, which is usually about a quarter of the total. An Ongoing plan is billed monthly in advance.

You can. A Sprint is a fixed piece of work, so it runs to its end, usually within four weeks. On a Project you pay for the stages delivered so far and keep everything from them. An Ongoing plan ends with 30 days' notice, and what we built keeps running without us.

You do. The code, the logins, the documents and the data all belong to you from the day they are handed over. Nothing is tied to an account only we can open. If you stop working with us tomorrow, everything keeps running and stays yours. Keeping it safe explains where things run and who can reach them.

No. Every price on this page is in Indian rupees before tax. Applicable taxes are added to every invoice at the rate in force on the day, and the invoice shows them as a separate line.

A Sprint ends with a go or no-go, based on the before-and-after numbers. If the numbers do not move, we say so plainly and you keep everything that was built. You are not asked to roll out something that has not earned it, and you are not signed up for anything further.

Understanding your business takes two weeks: that is the readiness check. A Sprint takes two to four weeks and covers the next two steps for one task. Two weeks running beside your current way, then about a week of go-live and training. A Project takes six to sixteen weeks, depending on how many tasks it covers; the longer roll-out of two to six weeks belongs to a Project that connects several systems. An Ongoing plan starts the month after launch and runs for as long as it is useful. How we work has the four steps in order.

Yes. We are based in Chennai and work with businesses across India. Most of the work happens remotely. We visit for the first sitting with your team and for training when a system goes live. The final walkthrough is in your office or on video, whichever you prefer. We work in Tamil and English.

One person on your side as the point of contact, and half a day with the people who do the work. Real sample files rather than made-up ones, and honest feedback in a weekly 30-minute call. Permission to look at the systems involved, without changing anything, helps where it is possible. Each step on how we work lists exactly what we need.

No. The AI behind the system is rented by use, like a phone bill, and is billed to an account in your name wherever the supplier allows it. Typical monthly ranges are on this page, and for most businesses they are a small fraction of the staff time saved. The same goes for the small monthly cost of the computer it runs on.
