About Pakshi

We are a small firm in Chennai that fixes one repetitive task at a time, measures what changed, and leaves you owning the result.

Why we exist

Every business owner in India has been told that AI will change everything. Most look at their own week and see nothing changed. Orders still arrive on WhatsApp and get typed into Tally by evening. Invoices still go in twice. The monthly report still takes three days. Someone still forgets the follow-up.

That gap, between what was promised and what actually happens on a Tuesday, is where we work. We do not sell a programme to change the whole company at once. We take one task, the one that eats the most hours or causes the most mistakes, and fix it properly. Then we count what changed. Then we take the next one.

Pakshi Technologies started in Chennai in 2026 because we kept meeting the same owner: sensible, busy, tired of demos, and still typing the same order into two systems. We wanted to be the firm that turns up on Monday and fixes the thing that annoyed them on Friday.

If you want the details, how we work lays out the four steps and pricing gives the numbers. What we do lists the kinds of tasks we take on.

What Pakshi means

Pakshi is the word for bird in Sanskrit and in several Indian languages. We chose it for the view, not the feathers. A bird sees the whole field at once: where the paths cross, which route is shortest, where the water is. That is the view we try to bring to your business. We look at the whole week from above, pick the one route worth clearing, and then come down and clear it.

You will not find a bird drawn anywhere on this site. The small green square after our name is a landing mark: the point where a route ends and the work starts.

Where we are

We are based in Chennai. We are built for businesses across Tamil Nadu: distributors in Coimbatore, clinic chains in Chennai, garment exporters in Tiruppur, machinery dealers in Madurai. We also work with businesses in the rest of India.

Most of the work happens remotely, on calls and screen shares, in Tamil or English. We visit when being in the room matters: the first look at how the work actually happens, the day a system goes live, and training sessions with your team. Nothing about the way we work needs you to be in Chennai.

Our hours are Monday to Saturday, 9:30 am to 6:30 pm IST. If you would rather write now, the contact page has a short form.

How we work differently

The usual way, and ours

Most AI proposals an Indian business receives look alike: a long presentation, a big programme, a price that grows as the work grows. We set ours up the other way round, and this table is the short version of the difference.

Scroll sideways to see all the columns: The usual way and Our way.

Side by side
QuestionThe usual wayOur way
Where does it start?A big presentation and a plan for the whole company. One task that eats your week, chosen with the people who do it.
What do you see first?A demo built on sample data.A working version on your real orders, invoices or reports, run beside the old way for two weeks.
How is success judged?A launch, and a presentation about the launch.Hours, errors and reply times, counted before and after. If the numbers do not move, we say so.
Who owns it?A subscription you keep paying to keep it running.You. Code, logins, documents and data are yours from the first day.
Who do you call?A ticket queue. One person, with a name and a number.
What does it cost?A quote that grows as the work grows.A fixed price agreed before we start (a Sprint, one task in two to four weeks, is ₹1.5 to ₹4 lakh), or stages you can see.

The four principles below are this table in four lines.

One task at a time, measured honestly, and owned by you.

Our principles

Four things we hold to

Short, because we mean them. They are the same four on how we work and in every proposal we send, so you can hold us to them.

Start with one problem
Not a plan to change the whole company at once. One task that eats your week, fixed properly, then the next one.
Measure before and after
We count hours, errors and response times before we start, and again after. If the numbers do not move, we say so.
You own everything we build
Code, logins, documents, data. If you stop working with us tomorrow, everything keeps running and stays yours.
One person to call
You get one name and one number. No ticket queues, no being passed around.

Is this for you

Who we are good for, and who we are not

An honest list saves both of us a call. If you are in the first column, write to us. If you are in the second, we will say so on the first call and point you somewhere better.

A good fit

  • A business of 5 to 200 people where a few repetitive tasks eat real hours: orders, invoices, reports, follow-ups, quotations.
  • An owner or operations head who can name the task that annoys them most.
  • A team already working in WhatsApp, Tally, Zoho, Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Anyone willing to try one task first and judge it on the numbers.

Not a good fit

  • A company that wants a strategy for everything before fixing anything.
  • Work that needs a new core system built from scratch, or that touches every department on day one.
  • Anyone who needs it live next week. Even a Sprint takes two to four weeks.
  • A business that wants to hand the whole thing over and never look at it. Someone on your side has to own it.

Week by week

What working with us feels like

A Sprint (one task at a fixed price, done in two to four weeks) is how most businesses start with us. Here is what the weeks feel like from your side, from the first call to the day your team runs it without us.

  1. The first two weeks: we watch the work

Half a day with the people who do the task. We read a week of real orders or invoices, note where the hours go, and agree the one thing worth fixing. You get a one-page plan and a fixed price. This is the readiness check, priced on its own at ₹50,000 to ₹1 lakh.

  2. The next two weeks: it runs beside the old way

We build the smallest useful version and run it on real work next to your current method. One 30-minute call a week. We count hours, errors and reply times before and after.

  3. Going live: your team runs it

Training in your office or on video, in Tamil or English, and a short written guide. Everything is handed over: code, logins, documents. Thirty days of fixes are included.

  4. Every month after: it keeps improving

If you want us to stay, you get a monthly note on what changed and one person to call when something feels off. If not, it keeps running and stays yours.

Start with one task

Tell us about the work that eats your week. We reply within one working day with two or three questions, not a sales pitch.
