How we work

We start with one task that eats your week and prove it on real data in a few weeks. Only then do we roll it out. Every step has a length, and each ends with something you can see.

  1. Understand your business2 weeks
  2. Try it on one task2 weeks
  3. Roll it out1 week in a Sprint, 2 to 6 weeks in a Project
  4. Keep improving itMonthly, for as long as it is useful

Four steps

One problem at a time, in order

Every piece of work follows the same four steps. That is true of a Sprint (one task at a fixed price, done in two to four weeks) and of a longer Project (several connected tasks, paid in stages). Each step ends with something you can hold: a map, a working version, a trained team, a monthly note. Open a step to see what you receive and what we need from you.

Most businesses start with a Sprint on the task the first step finds. If you would rather have only that first look, without committing to a build, finding what to fix is a service on its own.

  1. What you receive

    • A one-page map of where the hours go
    • The three tasks most worth fixing, ranked by payback
    • A plain estimate for each

    What we need from you

    • Half a day with the people who do the work
    • Sample files: a week of orders, a few invoices, last month's report
    • Permission to look at the systems involved, without changing anything, where possible
  2. What you receive

    • A working version on one real task
    • Before-and-after numbers: hours, errors, response times
    • A clear go or no-go recommendation

    What we need from you

    • One person on your side as the point of contact
    • Real data, not made-up samples
    • Honest feedback in a weekly 30-minute call
  3. What you receive

    • The system live in daily use
    • Training sessions and a short written guide
    • Everything we built, owned by you: code, logins, documents

    What we need from you

    • Time for two training sessions
    • Sign-off on who can access what
    • A launch date we can plan towards
  4. What you receive

    • Fixed response times when something goes wrong
    • A monthly note on what changed and what it saved
    • First call on new ideas

    What we need from you

    • A monthly 30-minute review
    • Someone who tells us when something feels off

A Sprint covers steps two and three for one task: two weeks running beside your current way, then about a week of go-live and training, all inside two to four weeks. The longer roll-out of two to six weeks belongs to a Project that connects several systems.

We would rather fix one task properly than promise to change everything.

Our principles

Four things we hold ourselves to

These four rules are in every quotation we send. They are why a Sprint has a fixed price and an honest ending, and why an Ongoing plan comes with one name and one number rather than a ticket queue.

Start with one problem
Not a plan to change the whole company at once. One task that eats your week, fixed properly, then the next one.
Measure before and after
We count hours, errors and response times before we start, and again after. If the numbers do not move, we say so.
You own everything we build
Code, logins, documents, data. If you stop working with us tomorrow, everything keeps running and stays yours.
One person to call
You get one name and one number. No ticket queues, no being passed around.

What changes

The quotation that went quiet, before and after

Slide the divider. On the left, a machinery dealer's register of quotations, three of them gone quiet with nobody chasing. On the right, the same register with every quotation followed up on a schedule. This is the kind of change we build and measure in the second step and roll out in the third.

BeforeAfter

Before

Quotations go out by WhatsApp and email and are noted in a register. Whoever sent one is meant to call back, and in a busy week three of them are forgotten until the customer has bought elsewhere.

After

Each quotation is followed up on a schedule: a reminder is drafted for the salesperson to check and send. The ones that go quiet are flagged to you, with the numbers counted every week.

Week by week

What a first month looks like

The first month is much the same for everyone: two weeks to understand, two weeks to try. By the end of it you have real before-and-after numbers and a decision, not a proposal. What each way of working costs after that is on the pricing page.

Scroll sideways to see all the columns: What happens, What you have at the end and What we need from you.

A typical first month on one workflow
WeekWhat happensWhat you have at the endWhat we need from you
Week 1We sit with the people who do the work and watch how it actually happens, from the first WhatsApp message to the last Tally entry.A one-page map of where the hours go.Half a day with your team, a week of orders or invoices, and last month's report.
Week 2We rank the tasks by payback, agree the first one with you, and put a fixed price on it. These two weeks are the readiness check, priced on its own at ₹50,000 to ₹1 lakh. The three tasks most worth fixing, a plain estimate for each, and a fixed Sprint price for the first.A decision on which task to start with, and one person as our point of contact.
Week 3We build the smallest useful version and run it beside your current way, on real data.A working version on one real task, and the first week of before-and-after numbers.Real data, not made-up samples, and honest feedback in a 30-minute call.
Week 4We compare the two weeks: hours, errors and response times, before and after. The numbers on one page and a clear go or no-go from us.Half an hour to go through the numbers and decide.

Weeks three and four are the trial that opens a Sprint. On a go, the same Sprint carries on to go-live and training, all inside its two to four weeks. A Project runs six to sixteen weeks and is planned after the readiness check.
